Prayer is fundamentally paying attention, the paying attention to the movement of God in every moment and responding to that movement with praise and thanksgiving.  It is essential to the life of a disciple of Christ for through it we come to trust in the goodness of God.  We discover in Prayer and Spirituality meaning for our lives.  Holy Trinity hosts prayer groups, small faith-sharing groups, special evenings of prayer and song, a School of Spirituality, and retreats.  We desire to be a house of prayer where all may experience the goodness of God in peace and contemplation.
